At LucentGlow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, simply contact us at lucentglowstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24โ€“48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts not caused by our error, or returned after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case LucentGlow will cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at lucentglowstore@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
